GIVE YOURSELT TIME: Running late causes stress so be sure to leave enough time for your commute, parking, etc. so that you arrive timely, and everyone is calm. Street Parking Only - so keep that in mind. Sessions are booked back-to-back. Clients that arrive late will have the time deducted from their remaining session time.
ARRIVE "SHOOT-READY": Be sure to arrive ready to shoot at your scheduled session time - meaning outfit on, makeup done, hair fixed, kids face wiped, etc. Also, because these "mini sessions" outfit changes are not allowed. This will give me enough time to work on posing your family to get a variety of shots of family together, children alone, etc. without rushing.
PREPPING YOUNGER KIDS: Remind children that they are going to have fun while having their pictures taken but don't stress any rules or guidelines in the days before. If you know that your kiddos take a little longer to warm up, bring along a toy they love or a non-messy treat to encourage them to participate. We understand that little ones can be unpredictable and will do our best to get them engaged however please keep in mind that re-shoots will not be offered due to uncooperative children.
UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT? As mentioned on the website prior to bookings, since sessions are fully booked and no additional dates will be added, rescheduling will not be allowed. However, we understand that things happen - especially with little ones. So, if you need to cancel, please notify us. Reminder that deposit is non-refundable.
